With all the noise around us from marketing, YouTube videos, and influencers, we’ve become overwhelmed with “fixes” to life’s challenges. Too much time is spent sifting through the excess amount of trivial advice packaged with quick-fix titles like “10 Things To Get in Shape by Summer", or “How to De-Stress in 1 Hour,” leading to cognitive overload and information anxiety. We keep buying, trying, and moving on to the next thing in our search for comfort, but nothing works long term, leaving us feeling discouraged and stuck in this “fix” seeking behavior.
At Rae of Sunlight, I will help guide you towards your own path, filled with real solutions that work for you. Through this cooperative process, we will shine light on your reasons for change and what truly motivates you. We will explore your values and strengths that have gotten you this far, and how you can apply them to make progress toward your goals.
